Sveastranda Camping is idyllically located by Lake Mjøsa and is a 4-star campsite that is open all year round. The location is central between the cities of Gjøvik, Lillehammer and Hamar. We can offer a pleasant stay with a wide range of activities on and near the campsite. Our staff do their utmost to ensure that our guests enjoy themselves and find peace. At our beautiful campsite we have a total of 35 cabins and 3 apartments. We have 13 cabins and 3 apartments with shower and toilet and 22 cabins without water.

We can offer a large area for tourists all the way down to Mjøsa's shore. It is possible to pre-book places for motorhomes, caravans and tents. Book online here.
If online booking is fully booked it does not mean that we don't have pitches left. We might have available places for drop-in anyway. Check-in is from 1pm and check-out is 12pm at the latest.
At our campsite, adults and children can enjoy a wide range of activities. Swimming, mini golf, fishing, jumping on trampolines, walking or jogging on nice hiking trails in the woods, renting boats or taking a football match on our sports ground, just to mention a few. With us, the children can also unwind at the edge of the beach and use their imagination in play.
We have two bathroom facilities, two kitchens, grocery store, playgrounds, beach and restaurant during high season. We also offer free use of CamperClean that makes the cleaning of camping toilets easy.
